A special day.

When I made my first comunion my parents had a present for me.The present was a travel to Paris. When they told me about it I was very happy and suddenly the phone rang. It was my friend Sandra. Her parents also had a present and it was the same travel too. Sandra and I travelled together. We were Sandra and her parents and her sister and my parents and me. We took the train from Tortosa to Barcelona. In Barcelona we went to the airport and we took the plane to Paris.When we arrived  in Paris we went to Disneyland. We were there 7 days, 6 days in Disneyland and 1 day in Paris. In Disneyland Sandra and me collected all the autographs of the characters of Disney. We went up to the funfairs. In Paris we were to visit museums and we took lots of photos of important monuments. We had a great travel.

Halloween

Halloween (or Hallowe'en) is an annual holiday  on October 31, which commonly includes activities such as trick-or-treating, attending costume parties, carving jack-o'-lanterns,bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, playing pranks, telling scary stories, and watching horror films.

When I was 7 yearsold  Joana, Jordina and dressed up and went to celebrate Halloween on the street and we went  to the houses saying  that we wanted sweets. The people gave us sweets and frights .That day was funny. Nowadays,  I go dinner with my friends and after we go to a party in my village.

McDonald's!                         

One of my favourites restaurants is McDonald’s.

McDonald’s is a restaurant of “junk food”.

 I go to McDonald’s sometimes. It is in Tortosa next to the carrefour express.In Mcdonald’s there are hamburguers,nuggets,salads,pizza, chips... When I go there I eat nuggets,chips and coca-cola.I love it.

There are many types of  hamburguers and salads. In McDonalds there’s a  Mc auto, where you can order what you want from your car. It’s a funny and good restaurant.

Rainbow cake

INGREDIENTS

270 gr. all-purpose flour
30 gr. corn flour (cornstarch)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
300 ml. buttermilk (whey)
135 gr. egg whites (about 4 egg whites)
225 gr. sugar
125 gr. butter
vanilla extract to taste
in gel or paste food coloring (red, yellow, orange, green, blue and violet)
whipping cream

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 170 ° C.  Grease the mold or molds that are going to use and place baking paper on them.
Sift the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
Whisk buttermilk, egg whites and vanilla extract.
Beat butter and sugar on medium speed for about 3 minutes, until it whitens and sugar has dissolved. The mixture we get should be light and fluffy.
Stir one third of the dry ingredients, alternating with liquids and ending with dry again. Weighs the dough and divide it among six equal parts (equal number of colors you need).
Place each piece of dough in a bowl and check 2 drops of food coloring gel or paste. Mix well so that the dough is evenly colored. You can add more if necessary.
Bake each layer of cake for about 10 minutes. Let cool on rack.
Whip the cream with sugar to taste.

 In this text I'm going to explain what I like and what I don't like to do in my life.

In my free time I like reading, chatting with my friends and dancing.

I like singing, and listening to music. But I don’t like playing the flute.

I also like travelling, I would like to go to London. It’s my favorite city.

I would like to visit different countries too.

I don’t like tomatoes or beans. But I like potatoes and macaroni.

In the school I don’t like Maths and “physics and chemistry”, because it’s very difficult.

But I like English, because it’s interesting.

I like football but I don’t like playing it.

I study English and French. I like languages.
